Well, you did your market research, you chose a niche, and you have a product to advertise. Now you are ready to get your own domain.
The domain is the address of the website. So what? please think about it. The Internet acts like a yellow page in a phone book.
People looking for a particular product, service, or information browse the page to find what they are looking for. They usually look for items on the first page of the search. This is the place you want to find.
Your website is like a store advertised on the Yellow Page. Consumers first look at your store, like what they are looking at, and go there to buy the product they were looking for. Within your store, they will find what they are looking for, buy, and maybe recommend your store to someone else. Bingo, you just got some money!
The trick is to place your website as close as possible to the top of the first page. The first step is to choose the name of the store / website / domain that is likely to rank your search engine high. Domain names are very important and you need to carefully search for words that search engines like Google like. It must contain keywords that are also included in the product you are trying to promote. For example, suppose you want to promote “Build a Chicken Coop”.
